Job Description
Responsible for maximizing and optimizing sales opportunities by managing hotel contracts:
- Renegotiate contract terms with suppliers via phone, email, or in-person to secure inventory, offers, and best rates
- Analyze internal system reports to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct inventory analysis such as adding allotments, closing adjustments, and stopping sales
- Provide management screen system training to hotels to optimize inventory and fees, improving sales for both parties
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Negotiation, analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (face-to-face, email, phone, online)
- Language: Japanese – Native level / English – Business level
Working Hours
- 9:30 – 18:00
- Two days off per week
- Hybrid system: work 2 days in office, remote the rest
Compensation
- Annual salary: ¥5,500,000 – ¥11,000,000
- Bonus: Yes
- Remote working allowance, commuting allowance (equivalent to 2 commutes/week)
