Company Overview

Kids-UP is an all-English after-school conversation school for children aged 3–12 years, providing a fun, immersive, linguistics-based curriculum. We focus on building confidence in real English skills and creating a safe, enjoyable environment for children.

Role Summary

We are hiring School Managers and Assistant School Managers to oversee after-school international schools in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama. No prior experience in education is necessary; management experience in any industry is welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents and staff
• Interact with children
• Staff management and training
• Student enrollment and sales
• Expense and numerical management
• Basic PC skills required

Job Satisfaction: Lead your school, improve children’s English skills, contribute to society, and develop yourself and your team.

Working Hours

• 11:00–20:00 (8 hours/day)
• Flexible monthly schedule (~40 hours/week)
• Minimal overtime (~10 hours/month)

Requirements

• High school graduate or above
• New graduates and second-time graduates welcome
• Japanese fluency (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
• No English required

Preferred Skills / Experience:

• Education industry experience (cram schools, English schools)
• Management, office, sales or customer service experience
• Organizational or store management experience
• High communication skills, multitasking ability, proactive mindset

Salary & Compensation

• School Manager: ¥240,000–¥450,000/month + 2 bonuses/year + benefits
• Assistant Manager: ¥229,000–¥285,000/month + 2 bonuses/year + benefits
• Annual Income: ¥3.4M–¥6.75M
• Salary increase once a year
