Job Description
ketteQ is a global software company providing advanced supply chain solutions. We are expanding in Japan and seeking an Application Support Engineer to maintain and support enterprise applications for local clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client issues via portal, email, phone, and video
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical/business incidents
- Manage configurations, monitor systems, and conduct training
- Collaborate with development teams and escalate issues as needed
- Support application enhancements and client feature requests
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Platform
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1) and business-level English (TOEIC 735+)
- Experience with business applications (ERP, CRM, SCM)
- SQL, PostgreSQL, Unix, Jira, ETL tools (Pentaho, Talend)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible for overseas communication)
Compensation: ¥6,000,000 – ¥9,500,000 per year
Contract Type: Contract initially, permanent role upon Japan office establishment

- Weekly off: Saturday and Sunday
