Job Description:

• Perform connectivity validation focusing on in-vehicle and system-level telematics integration.
• Develop and execute test cases for end-user functional, component, and system-level validation.
• Build and leverage simulation models to support validation activities.
• Conduct HIL rig and vehicle testing to ensure proper integration and functionality.
• Prepare detailed validation and issue reports; assist with root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Modify and configure HIL rigs for specific testing needs.
• Explore and implement test automation improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate connectivity, uptime service, fleet management, and cybersecurity capabilities.

Working Hours:
Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (includes 1-hour break)

Eligibility Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in automotive system testing, embedded system validation, and test automation
• Deep understanding of telematics systems and connected car technologies (Wireless-Bluetooth, CarPlay, Wi-Fi, GNSSU)
• Familiarity with automotive protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet) and tools (CANoe, Wireshark)
• Experience with Excel-based test cases and test management tools
• Knowledge of backend communication, cybersecurity, Android HMI apps, ASPICE compliance is a plus
• Programming/scripting in CAPL and Python is a plus
• Strong analytical, reporting, and troubleshooting skills
• Cross-functional team collaboration
• Business-level English (TOEIC 700+), Japanese (JLPT N2+)

Language Proficiency:

• English: Fluent (TOEIC 865+)
• Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2 or higher)

Compensation:
Annual income: ¥5.5 million – ¥8 million JPY
Includes fixed salary and bonuses (details at offer stage)
