Job Description:
Yumoto Electric Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing and selling custom-made plastic and metal parts for 83 years. We produce parts for rockets, satellites, robots, and industrial machinery. You will handle all machining operations using CAD/CAM and advanced cutting machines such as machining centers and 5-axis machines.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm processing feasibility
• Coordinate delivery and machining conditions with sales assistants
• Select tools
• Create machining programs and operate machines
• Manage processing arrangements

You will undergo OJT with senior employees. Over time, your responsibilities will increase. You will learn CAD/CAM and master a wide variety of machining techniques and programming skills in a short time.

Working Hours:
Middle shift: 8:30–17:30 (75-min break)
Two shifts (chosen annually, fixed for a year):

• Early: 6:00–14:45
• Late: 14:15–23:00

Compensation:
Mid-shift: ¥3.1M+ annually (¥203,900/month incl. ¥10,000 housing)
