Job Description

Nextbeat Inc. is hiring a Career Advisor to support foreign IT engineers from job search to joining Japanese companies, under the mission of “revitalizing Japan.”
As part of the Global Business Division, the “Tech Bridge Japan (TBJ)” project connects highly skilled foreign IT engineers with Japanese companies to enhance Japan’s international competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Support foreign IT engineers in job search and recruitment process
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and other teams
• Assist in career development and provide strategic guidance

Working Hours

• Basic: 10:00–19:00 (1-hour break)
• Flexible start time: 8:00–11:00 (application required)
• Average overtime: 32.2 hours/month

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience as a full-time employee
• Experience in IT-related fields

Preferred:

• Experience launching new businesses
• Practical marketing experience
• Proficiency in English or other languages (speaking, reading, writing)

Compensation

• Annual income: ¥4.5 million – ¥6 million (includes estimated 40 hours/month overtime)
• Trial period: 3 months
• Salary review: Twice a year
• Bonus: Twice a year (performance-based)
