- Manage all customer-facing metrics in real-time to achieve performance and financial goals.
- Work with relevant departments and teams to achieve appropriate customer service levels.

Requirements:
- Experience working in a financial institution (bank, leasing company, etc.)
- Business level English and Japanese skills

- Experience in team management or working in a team

Compensation:
Annual Income: ¥15 million – ¥20 million
Salary Explanation: Expected annual salary: ¥13–18 million
*This is an annual salary system, monthly salary × 12 months
*Performance bonuses may be provided quarterly based on company results
