Job Description
Establish customer guidance and support initiatives to improve the efficiency of customer-facing services. Respond to complex customer inquiries and allocate resources for workload balancing and short-term forecasting. Manage all customer-facing metrics in real-time to achieve performance and financial goals. Collaborate with relevant departments and teams to achieve proper customer service levels.

Requirements
- Experience in financial institutions (bank, leasing company, etc.)
- Business-level English and Japanese
- Team management experience or experience working in a team
- Direct supervisor: Japanese native speaker; interaction with overseas English native manager
Language Skills:
- English: Business Conversation (TOEIC 735–860)
- Japanese: Native Level
Compensation
- Annual Income: ¥15,000,000 – ¥20,000,000
- Salary System: Annual salary × 12 months
- Performance bonuses may be provided quarterly
