Job Description
The Customer Service & Internal Systems Manager oversees customer operations, order processing, warehouse systems (SAP/WMS), and site-level coordination between clients, IT teams, and internal logistics functions.
Workplace: Tana, Chuo-ku, Sagamihara
Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 / 10:00–19:00 / 11:00–20:00
Compensation: ¥5,500,000 – ¥6,500,000 annually
Nearest Station: 30 minutes by bus from JR Sagamihara Station (car commute allowed)
Requirements
- 3–5 years in customer service or logistics
- WMS knowledge preferred
- Warehouse + HR management experience required
- Business English (TOEIC 735–860)
- Native-level Japanese
- Strong customer focus and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Lead customer service and order management operations
- Resolve system and order-related issues
- Oversee SAP & WMS configuration and performance
- Coordinate with client and in-house IT team (India)
- Handle customer inquiries and conduct client tours
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety compliance
- Perform daily system/WMS checks and conduct UAT
- Support Operations Supervisor and help desk until 20:00
- Perform inventory discrepancy resolution and documentation
- Other tasks as assigned
