Role Summary

The Customer Support Screening Staff is responsible for application screening, reviewing merchant documentation, responding to operational inquiries, and collaborating with partner companies. This role requires careful, steady work and strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle application reviews and screening processes
  • Respond to inquiries regarding KOMOJU services
  • Communicate and coordinate with partner companies
  • Work with internal systems for review and documentation
  • Provide support to both merchants and end users
  • Utilize language skills within a multinational team

Requirements

  • Business-level PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EC site operations or inventory management
  • Customer service or customer support experience
  • Ability to communicate via email and phone
  • English communication skills
  • Steady and accurate working style

Language Requirements

  • English: Daily conversation (TOEIC 475–730)
  • Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥7,000,000 + bonus
  • Salary adjusted based on performance evaluation
