Job Description
Manage communication with tenants and contractors for mid-term furnished rentals:
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding rooms, buildings, and services
- Assist with events to encourage tenant interaction
- Support the growing demand of customer service for over 800 rooms in Tokyo
- Ideal for candidates with a hospitality mindset and global communication skills
Requirements
Required:
- Japanese: Business level (JLPT N1 or N2)
- English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
- Minimum 3 years experience in service industry
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate (rental apartments, property management, shared housing)
- Hospitality customer service experience
- Teamwork-oriented and enjoys challenges
- Real estate certifications (Licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent, Certified Rental Property Manager)
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours
- Core time: 10:00–15:00
- Standard work hours: 7.5 hours/day
Compensation
- Annual salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥4,500,000
