Job Description
ClassLab Inc. provides support for essential lifeline services, including electricity, water, gas, and internet. This role helps customers—especially overseas customers—set up these services with a single phone call, reducing the need for multiple contacts.
Main Duties
- Guide customers preparing to move about electricity, gas, water, and internet services
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Support both Japanese and international customers (approx. 80% Japanese)
- Follow manuals for guidance—no prior experience required
Requirements
- Basic PC skills (text input)
- Native-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher equivalent)
- Speak at least one of the following: English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Hindi, Nepali, Burmese, Tagalog, Indonesian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Cantonese, Thai
Working Hours
- Shift system: 10:00–20:00 (8 working hours)
- Shifts determined every 2 weeks
- Requests for preferred days off accepted
- Average overtime: approx. 10 hours/month
Compensation
- Annual Salary: JPY 3,500,000 – 4,500,000
- Monthly salary: ¥250,000+ (includes fixed overtime pay) + bonus
- Fixed overtime pay: ¥61,400/month (45 hours)
- Bonuses: 3 times/year (based on performance)
- Salary increase: once/year
