Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and paid media strategies for Monster Energy brands across Asia. The role drives brand presence, consumer engagement, and business impact through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated digital strategies aligned with brand and market goals
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X/Twitter
- Manage paid media in assigned markets, analyze performance
- Oversee local social presence, content calendars, and community management
- Handle digital assets for streamers/ambassadors, ensuring brand alignment
- Support marketing teams with microsites and landing pages
- Collaborate with global teams for content localization and digital consistency
- Provide performance reports with insights
- Curate digital content and improve creative direction
- Stay updated on digital trends and support e-Commerce media efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of digital marketing/media/communications experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; project tools like Airtable/ClickUp a plus
- Experience in Meta/Google/TikTok Ads; certifications a plus
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Strong knowledge in lifestyle marketing, sponsorships, events, influencers
- Excellent communication skills
Language Proficiency:
- English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
- Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- No indoor smoking allowed
