Job Description

Tsunami Tsolutions Japan LLC is hiring an ERP Implementation Consultant to lead ERP system projects for aerospace and defense clients. This role bridges domestic clients and global technical teams, providing expert consultation and implementing optimized ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ERP and related systems for aerospace & defense clients
  • Conduct technical needs analysis and design optimal solutions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Act as a liaison between overseas technical teams and domestic clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years ERP implementation experience (SAP / Oracle / IFS preferred)
  • Interest or background in aerospace and defense
  • Strong technical consulting and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with expert teams
  • Business-level English
  • Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1)
  • Proactive mindset and adaptability in a small team environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥10,000,000 (includes full social insurance)
  • Annual performance bonus included
  • Holidays: 2 days off per week (Sat, Sun, Public Holidays) + 20 paid vacation days
