Founded in 2018 as CyberAgent Group’s only event production company. Operates e-sports tournament RAGE and produces ABEMA-related events (e.g., Creator Dream Fes). Recognized as one of the most dynamic companies in the event industry. Indoor smoking measures are in place (smoking rooms available).
Role Summary
As an Event Planner & Marketing Strategist, you will plan, propose, and execute events tailored to client needs, both online and offline. You will lead marketing strategies through events, develop in-house products, and contribute to the growth and innovation of the event industry. Opportunities may include various entertainment genres: anime, music, art, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and propose events based on client requirements (contract sales)
- Develop and direct marketing strategies via events
- Produce and manage a wide range of online and offline events
- Contribute to the industry by developing in-house products and new businesses
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of new sales and existing client sales experience
- Passion for events and entertainment
- Growth-oriented mindset for personal and organizational development
- Able to take responsibility and complete challenging work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Promotion and planning experience
- Event industry sales experience
- Experience with intangible product sales
- Advertising agency or IT company experience
- Business manager or management experience
- Experience starting new businesses
- Business experience in English
Language Proficiency:
- Japanese: Native
- English: Not required
- Chinese: Not required
Working Hours
- 10:00 – 19:00
- Remote work: 2 days/week (Tuesday, Thursday)
