Requirements

• Experience in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Experience using financial systems
• Practical experience in IFRS or USGAAP reporting
• Tax reporting knowledge in Japan
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Japanese: Native level or equivalent
• English: Business level or above
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Flexible, team-oriented mindset
• Experience with payroll and contracts is a plus

Working Hours
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
Public holidays, Summer/Winter vacation, Paid leave, Sick leave, Parental leave

Compensation
Annual income: 8 million yen or more
Salary based on experience and skills
