Job Description

The Finance & Admin Supervisor manages financial, administrative, and HR operations for a small sales office in Yokohama. Provides financial expertise, oversees reporting, and ensures smooth operational workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team on budgeting and financial planning
  • Oversee financial analysis, reporting, and administrative procedures
  • Review and approve detailed financial statements, budgets, and admin guidelines
  • Provide administrative support including payroll and leave management
  • Support sales team with documentation, invoicing, and coordination
  • Manage import/export and shipping processes efficiently and in compliance
  • Collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Accounting experience and familiarity with IFRS
  • Preferred: SAP or other financial software proficiency, HR administrative experience
  • Communication skills in English (TOEIC 475–730) and Japanese (JLPT N1)
  • Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 7,000,000
  • Monthly Salary: JPY 333,333 – 583,333
