Job Description
The Finance & Admin Supervisor manages financial, administrative, and HR operations for a small sales office in Yokohama. Provides financial expertise, oversees reporting, and ensures smooth operational workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team on budgeting and financial planning
- Oversee financial analysis, reporting, and administrative procedures
- Review and approve detailed financial statements, budgets, and admin guidelines
- Provide administrative support including payroll and leave management
- Support sales team with documentation, invoicing, and coordination
- Manage import/export and shipping processes efficiently and in compliance
- Collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Accounting experience and familiarity with IFRS
- Preferred: SAP or other financial software proficiency, HR administrative experience
- Communication skills in English (TOEIC 475–730) and Japanese (JLPT N1)
- Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation
- Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 7,000,000
- Monthly Salary: JPY 333,333 – 583,333
