Job Description

Fourdigit, Inc. is seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer to join its global team. You will collaborate with clients, designers, and overseas teams from the early stages of projects, leading front-end design and development to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in upstream project phases, including requirement analysis and technology selection
  • Lead technical implementation and guide development teams
  • Work on large-scale projects (6–12 months) for major clients such as AEON, NTT Docomo, and NTT Data
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration between Japan and overseas offices

Development Environment:

  • Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS (SCSS, PostCSS)
  • Frameworks/Libraries: React, Vue.js, Vanilla JS
  • Tools: Webpack, Next.js, ESLint, Stylelint, Prettier, Storybook
  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Netlify, AWS CodeDeploy
  • Version Control: GitHub
  • Design System: Atomic Design, BEM methodology

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years front-end development experience
  • Interest in UX/UI and service design
  • Japanese: JLPT N1 or above
  • Native-level fluency in Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, or Indonesian

Preferred:

  • Experience working directly with clients and managing full development cycles
  • Experience in international or cross-cultural projects

Working Hours:

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (flexible)
  • Discretionary work system (includes allowance for 45 hours/month overtime)
