Job Description
Join as a Leader or Member driving overseas market expansion. Establish and lead an inside sales team targeting overseas branches of major Japanese companies and foreign-affiliated enterprises. You will maximize team performance and achieve KPIs, gaining experience from planning to execution in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone and email
- Research market needs and provide company-wide feedback
- Design and quantify inside sales processes using CRM/SFA
- Manage quality and volume of appointments
- Nurture leads and plan strategies
- Manage and train outbound team members
Requirements:
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 865+ or equivalent)
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Experience in inside sales, business development, or related fields
- Ability to operate CRM/SFA systems and manage KPIs
- Interest in global business expansion and B2B SaaS products
- Leadership experience is a plus
