Role Summary
The Hotel Reservation Staff manages the accommodation reservation team, handling guest reservations via phone and email. The role ensures smooth coordination between departments and provides warm, personalized guest service from booking to arrival.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hotel reservation team
- Receive and manage reservations via phone and email
- Coordinate with hotel departments to support guests until arrival
- Maintain reservation accuracy and guest satisfaction

Working Hours
- Shift system (average 8 hours/day, 60-minute break)
- Example shifts: 9:00–18:00, 11:00–20:00
Requirements
Required
- Experience in hotel reservations or accommodations
- Native-level Japanese
- Business-level English (TOEIC 735–860)
Preferred
- Opera system experience
- Experience in luxury or boutique hotels
Salary & Benefits
- Annual income: ¥4,000,000–¥5,000,000
