Job Description

As a member of NEXON’s HR department, you will mainly handle labor-related tasks at the Japanese subsidiary, starting with payroll, social insurance, and employee data management. Depending on performance and aspirations, responsibilities may expand to HR policy planning, revisions, and evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll calculation and social insurance procedures
  • Time and attendance management
  • Development and operation of HR-related internal regulations
  • Employment and labor management system development and operation
  • Personnel counting and legal procedures
  • Proposal, revision, and implementation of HR systems (e.g., maternity leave, award systems)
  • Other HR-related tasks

Team Info:

  • Responsible for all HR work (excluding recruitment and training) for Japanese HQ (~260 employees)
  • Tasks are rotated within the team

Requirements

Required:

  • 3+ years payroll and social insurance experience
  • HR policy planning and execution experience

Preferred:

  • IPO-related HR experience
  • Overseas HR, tax, and payroll experience
  • English or Korean skills

Working Hours

  • 10:00 – 19:00 (1-hour break)
  • Flextime available after trial period

Compensation

  • Annual salary: JPY 5,700,000 – 8,500,000
  • Basic salary: JPY 368,000 – 550,000/month
  • Work allowance (20h overtime): JPY 49,000 – 74,000/month
  • Salary reviewed twice a year (Apr/Oct)
  • Bonuses twice a year (Mar/Sep)
  • Transportation allowance: up to JPY 50,000/month
  • Extra pay for overtime exceeding 20h
