Job Description
The HR Operations Specialist supports business operations by executing HR customer service tasks and administrative duties of higher complexity.
Responsibilities
- Execute processes for employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits, and employee data management
- Provide excellent employee-facing service
- Develop expertise across HR operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain HR operations knowledge database and report HR operational metrics
Requirements

- Collect data and illustrate improvement methods
- Suggest ways to reduce waste and variation
- Participate in change requirement analysis
Information Capture (Working Knowledge)
- Document routine information using defined procedures
- Organize and archive information using tools
- Follow standards and practices

- Deliver excellent service and resolve common issues
- Respond promptly to unexpected requests
- Document complaints

- Support employee concerns and conduct satisfaction surveys

- Ensure HR compliance
- Communicate exceptions and assist in procedure development
HR Consulting (Basic Understanding)
- Identify HR consulting functions
- Document solutions to HR issues
HR Operations (Working Knowledge)
- Support daily HR operations and training
- Document workflows and prepare HR reports
Language Requirements
- English: Fluent (TOEIC 865+)
- Japanese: Native level
Working Hours
- 9:00–18:00 OR
- 8:30–17:30
Compensation
JPY 7,000,000 – JPY 8,500,000
