Job Description
Responsible for strategic recruitment and onboarding support, mainly for sales roles, in the company’s HR department. Focus on expanding the “tokuty” platform for specified skilled foreign workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals and accelerate contribution
- Organize mid-career recruitment workflows; formulate hiring plans (targets, applications, interviews)
- Operate recruitment media, agencies, direct recruiting tools, and referral programs
- Manage communication with agencies and recruitment media; plan and conduct interviews
- Design and execute onboarding processes and 1-on-1 meetings

Requirements
Must-have:
- 3+ years recruitment experience OR 3+ years RA in recruitment industry
- 1+ year sales experience
- PC skills (Excel: VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot)
Nice-to-have:
- HR evaluation system development experience
- HR experience at a business company

Compensation
- Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 6,000,000
- Bonus: 1–2 times/year
- Overtime Pay: Yes, avg. <20 hrs/month
