Job Description

The In-House Recruitment Specialist drives talent acquisition strategies and builds the future of the organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. Works across all hiring stages and collaborates closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment across mid-career roles
• Direct sourcing and headhunting of candidates
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Collaborating with candidates and internal teams smoothly
• Managing multiple open roles simultaneously

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mid-career recruitment (corporate HR or recruiting agency)
• Hands-on knowledge of direct sourcing and headhunting
• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Business-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Bachelor’s degree or above

Working Hours

• Generally 9:00–18:00 (Discretionary work system; no fixed hours)

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: JPY 6,000,000 – 8,000,000
• No bonuses; monthly salary = annual ÷ 12
• Fully remote in principle, occasional visits to Ginza office
