Job Description

Join Navagis Inc., a top-tier Google Cloud Premier Partner from the U.S., as an Inside Sales Representative driving corporate DX (digital transformation). This position involves remote work and managing sales pipelines to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospects through multiple channels and schedule appointments
  • Lead and motivate SDRs and interns supporting the sales team
  • Represent Navagis to clients, demonstrating services and solutions
  • Generate leads and create opportunities, organizing daily schedules for client engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
  • Prepare professional, concise reports and documentation for executive presentations
  • Coordinate with other sales reps to meet quotas and standards, perform market research
  • Record all client-related activities using CRM and maintain sales cadence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
  • Business-level English
  • Native or equivalent Japanese proficiency
  • 2+ years of sales experience (software sales preferred)
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and achieving targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Creativity, integrity, teamwork, and resilience
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 3,000,000 – JPY 4,000,000
  • Commuting allowance, training support, remote work setup
