Job Description

We are hiring interior designers for commercial facilities, apparel stores, hotels, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store design for luxury brands (apparel/jewelry)
  • Hotel and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment) design for international brands

Working Hours

Discretionary working system 9:30 – 18:30

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an interior designer with hotel design experience
  • Ability to create drawings, especially using Vectorworks
  • Foreign nationals must have Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or higher) and currently reside in Japan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business-level English or Chinese

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience across the entire design and construction process with strong specialties
  • Experience in atelier-type design firms or design-build companies (e.g., Nomura Kōmuten, Tanseisha)
  • Experience with luxury brand or hotel projects

Language Requirements

  • English: Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475–730)
  • Japanese: Daily Conversation Level
  • Chinese: Daily Conversation Level

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 and above
  • Example: Age 28 (approx. 5 years’ experience) ¥5,000,000–¥6,500,000
  • Example: Age 35 (approx. 10 years’ experience) ¥7,000,000–¥10,000,000
  • Performance-based bonuses awarded at year-end
