International Music Award Project Coordinator (Bilingual – Japanese/English)

Role Summary
The International Music Award Coordinator manages the international secretariat for a major music award, including communication with overseas judges, on-site event operations, and administrative support. This is a bilingual role (Japanese/English).
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with overseas judges (emails, FAQ updates, internal coordination)
- Judging progress management (scheduling, data collection, reminders)
- Content translation and creation (email templates, FAQs, reports)
- On-site event support (WhatsApp communication, reception, guest assistance)
- Off-season production support (events, distribution, ad content)
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Japanese & English: Native-level
- 3+ years of work experience
- Excellent writing skills in both languages
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Strong interest in music
Preferred:
- Translation/interpretation or secretarial background
- VVIP hospitality or entertainment industry experience
- Knowledge of music industry (Japan & global)
- Experience with Windows/iOS
Working Hours
- 10:00–19:00 (8 hours/day), 2 days off/week
- Remote work: 2–3 times/week possible
- Business trips: possible within Japan during award season
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000+
- Annual salary raise in April
