Role Summary

We are seeking an IT Communicator / Bridge SE / QA Engineer to coordinate with the Vietnam team for project progress, QA activities, and testing. Candidates with QA knowledge may also perform test design, execution, and automation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Vietnam QA team for progress management, feedback, and specification alignment
• Perform specification review, test planning, test design, and exploratory testing
• Support project management and documentation
• Participate in technical or management career tracks, with evaluations via skill sheets

Requirements

Required

• Native or business-level Vietnamese (reading & writing)
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)
• Detail-oriented, fast learner
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred

• JSTQB, IT Passport certifications
• Experience in software testing and automation
• Experience as QA team member, Bridge SE, or PM assistant

Salary & Benefits

• Annual Salary: ¥3.5 million – ¥5 million
• Bonuses: Twice/year (June & December)
