Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to customers’ IT problems and propose solutions
• Collaborate with IT, RPA, DX, BPO, security engineers
• Conduct client interviews to understand IT/DX issues
• Propose EDR, SaaS products, costs, timelines
• Create business improvement roadmaps
• Support e-commerce setup and operations
• Suggest BCP, monitoring, security operations
• Provide continuous support from implementation to operation

Requirements

Required:

• Client communication and proposal experience
• Experience proposing/introducing IT products or services

Preferred:

• Experience with DX/business improvements
• IT or security department background
• System development experience
• Team/project management experience
• Consulting experience
• Relevant certifications

Salary

• JPY 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 per year
• Monthly: JPY 333,333 – 500,000
