Job Description

Join 3forge as a Junior Solutions Engineer and work on cutting-edge FinTech applications. Support top-tier clients, handle software implementation, provide technical support, and collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical support and software maintenance
  • Client collaboration and documentation
  • Troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Project delivery with engineering and project management teams

Requirements:

  • STEM degree or near graduation
  • Experience with SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++
  • Unix/Linux familiarity
  • Business-level English and Japanese (JLPT N2)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must reside in Tokyo (no visa sponsorship)

Preferred:

  • Technical writing, math/stats background, entrepreneurial mindset

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Hybrid: Mon & Fri remote)
Salary: ¥5,500,000–¥11,000,000 annually + bonus
