Job Description
Overview
The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for the daily operations of domestic shipping and import/export. You will support the Logistics Leader to ensure smooth operations and participate in various projects.

Responsibilities
• Arrange domestic shipping and export, import products from overseas Allnex
• Communicate with external forwarders, warehouses, airlines, shipping companies, and internal departments such as customer service and planning
• Consolidate shipments while balancing customer needs and costs
• If a problem occurs when importing products from overseas Allnex, enter it into the core system (SAP) and follow up for resolution
• Implement cause investigation and corrective measures for customer complaints
• Participate in meetings and training as necessary
• Implement filing and recording in accordance with laws and regulations, and attend training to acquire necessary knowledge such as IATA, DOT, IMDG
• Comply with Allnex’s health, safety, and environmental policies
• Instruct logistics companies on safe work

Application Requirements
• 3–5 years of supply chain (logistics and customer service) experience
• English: business level (read and write)
• Customer-focused attitude
• Teamwork with relevant departments
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and computer skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Logistics qualification or equivalent experience
• English proficiency: Minimum TOEIC 225–470
• Japanese: Native level

Working Hours & Holidays
• Two days off per week

Compensation
Annual Salary: JPY 4 million – 5 million
