Role Summary

We are seeking Buyer & Sales Staff for our Tokyo stores. While the role is titled “buyer,” responsibilities include: inventory management, customer service, social media management, and in the future, involvement in overseas expansion. No prior experience is required; training and OJT support provided.

Main Responsibilities

  • Purchasing & Appraisal: Evaluate items, verify authenticity, negotiate pricing
  • Sales & Customer Service: Provide tailored service and product recommendations
  • SNS Management: Operate Instagram, TikTok; analyze trends and algorithms
  • Store Management: Handle displays, product arrangement, and optimize layout based on sales

Brands Handled

Chrome Hearts, Supreme, NIKE, LOUIS VUITTON, BALENCIAGA, goro’s, GUCCI, and more

Working Hours

  • 11:00–21:00 (8 hours/day)

Requirements

  • Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N1)
  • English: Business level (TOEIC 735–860)
  • Chinese skills welcome but not required
  • Foreign nationals must have a valid work visa

Salary & Benefits

  • Annual Income: ¥3,000,000–¥4,000,000
  • Monthly Salary: From ¥246,100 (Base ¥192,400)
    • Includes 30-hour fixed overtime (¥43,700) + shift allowance (¥10,000)
    • No deduction if overtime <30 hrs, extra hours paid separately
  • Annual Raise: May
  • Bonus: Twice a year (June, Dec; minimum 0.5 month)

  • 2 days off/week (shift)
