Job Description

Yumoto Electric Inc., a leading Japanese manufacturer with over 83 years of experience in custom-made plastic and metal parts for rockets, satellites, robots, and industrial machinery, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer skilled in CAD/CAM.

You will operate 5-axis and machining center equipment, handling the full machining process from feasibility checks and tool selection to programming and producing high-precision small-lot custom parts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (science/engineering background)
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
• Interest in manufacturing and logical thinking
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

• Mid Shift: 8:30–17:30
• Early Shift: 6:00–14:45
• Late Shift: 14:15–23:00
• Overtime: 0–5 hrs/month

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: ¥3.1M–¥3.2M
