Job Description

Lead and manage manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team development. This role involves supervising production processes, maintaining equipment, enforcing quality standards, managing costs and materials, and fostering a high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production and process management to meet product type, quantity, and schedule targets
• Balance work-in-progress across production lines
• Develop multi-skilled operators and team leaders
• Promote continuous improvement and collaboration
• Maintain equipment efficiency and workplace safety
• Enforce ISO and internal quality control standards
• Manage materials procurement and reduce operational costs

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years in supervisory or managerial role
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Business-level English proficiency preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

• ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 experience
• Familiarity with QC tools, 5S, and statistics
• Basic R&D experience
• Driver’s license (AT-only accepted)

Working Hours

8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (45-minute break)
Average overtime: ~20 hours/month

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ¥355,000 – ¥500,000
• Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥7,000,000
• Bonuses: Twice per year
• Three-month trial period with no change in benefits
