Job Description
Lead and manage manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team development. This role involves supervising production processes, maintaining equipment, enforcing quality standards, managing costs and materials, and fostering a high-performing team environment. Ideal for professionals with strong leadership skills and manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and process management to meet product type, quantity, and schedule targets
- Balance work-in-progress across production lines
- Develop multi-skilled operators and team leaders
- Promote continuous improvement and collaboration
- Maintain equipment efficiency and workplace safety
- Enforce ISO and internal quality control standards
- Manage materials procurement and reduce operational costs
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- 3+ years in supervisory or managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Business-level English proficiency preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
- ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 experience
- Familiarity with QC tools, 5S, and statistics
- Basic R&D experience
- Driver’s license (AT-only accepted)
Working Hours
8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (45-minute break)
Average overtime: ~20 hours/month
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: ¥355,000 – ¥500,000
- Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥7,000,000
- Bonuses: Twice per year
- Three-month trial period with no change in benefits
