Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve medical steel dental instruments
• Create production drawings from Planning & Development Department plans
• Select appropriate manufacturing methods for new or improved products
• Support customization for specific facilities or doctors
• Collaborate with Planning and Production Technology Departments
• Travel to Pakistan 2–3 times/year to coordinate with local suppliers on quality and delivery

Requirements:

• Engineering background, interest in manufacturing
• CAD experience (including temporary staffing-based CAD experience)
• English (daily conversation level)
• Japanese (business level, JLPT N2+)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Design experience in manufacturing or metal processing
• Knowledge in mold making or precision equipment

Working Hours

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (7 hours 30 minutes/day)
60-minute lunch break
Average overtime: 10–15 hours/month

Compensation

• Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥4,500,000
• Monthly Salary: ¥220,000 – ¥275,000 (including fixed overtime allowance)
• Fixed overtime: 15 hours/month (¥20,000–¥25,000), additional pay for excess
• Annual bonus: Equivalent to 4 months’ salary
• Salary increases and allowances (commuting, housing) available

Model Annual Salaries:

• Age 25: ¥3.5 million
• Age 30: ¥4.0 million
