Job Description

Join DEGICA, Japan’s first global payment company (KOMOJU), and support merchant onboarding and screening. Flexible work, including hybrid and remote options, available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle merchant applications and screening
  • Respond to service inquiries
  • Collaborate with partner companies
  • Utilize internal systems to process requests
  • Work with foreign team members, leveraging language skills

Requirements

  • Basic business-level PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred: EC site or inventory management experience
  • Customer service/support experience
  • Experience communicating with customers via phone or email
  • English skills
  • Detail-oriented, steady worker

Working Hours

  • Flextime, 8-hour shift
  • Core time: 10:00–15:00 Japan time
  • Remote work possible; trial period mainly in-office

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 7,000,000
  • Salary increase based on annual performance
