Hospitality Human Resources Support Business – Omotenashi HR Platform Sales Manager Candidate

You will serve as a playing manager for the Omotenashi HR Platform, leading corporate sales, consulting sales, and HR advisory operations.

Includes 40 hours of assumed overtime per month

Compensation

Annual Salary: JPY 7,500,000 – 12,000,000

  • Trial period: 3 months
  • Salary revision: Twice a year

  • Team & individual KPI management
  • Onboarding and ramp-up of new employees
  • Standardizing and systemizing operations for consistent team results

Career Advisor Duties

  • Career counseling
  • Recruitment advisory

Consulting Sales Duties

  • New corporate client outreach
  • Consultations on recruitment, labor, and management challenges
  • Proposing solutions using the Omotenashi HR Platform (ads, fairs, marketing support)
