The role focuses on overseas real estate sales, mainly properties located in Southeast Asia. This position involves inbound sales, handling leads from seminars and advertisements, and supporting wealthy Japanese clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overseas real estate sales for Southeast Asia markets
- Manage inbound customer inquiries from ads and seminars
- Conduct online and offline sales meetings
- Attend overseas business trips when required
- Participate in a training program (3–6 months) with mentorship
- Work in a diverse, young team with an international corporate culture
Requirements
- No industry experience required
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and trust-building skills
- High level of ethics and sincerity
- Self-motivated and adaptable to multicultural environments
- Preferred: Real estate license, English ability
Working Hours
- 10:00–19:00 (8 hours work + 60 min break)
- Must finish work by 20:30
- Weekly 2 days off (shift system)
- Annual holidays: 125 days
- Paid leave, maternity/childcare leave, special leave
Compensation
- Annual Salary: JPY 4,000,000 – 10,000,000
- Performance Incentives:
- 2nd year, age 24: ¥4.55M
- 2nd year, age 25: ¥5.25M
- 3rd year, age 22: ¥10.15M
- Salary includes base pay + fixed overtime + bonuses
- Promotion & salary review 4 times/year
