Job Description:
[Daily Duties]

• Provide general support to clients on a daily basis and offer strategic advice on media relations and public relations activities
• Build and develop relationships with media representatives, client analysts, and fund managers
• Research, create, and edit various communication materials such as news releases, fact sheets, speeches, and PowerPoint presentations
• Participate in presentations for new business development (mainly research, data collection, and PowerPoint creation)
• Manage and coordinate client events
• Mentor junior staff and oversee the quality of client work

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 to 18:00 (1-hour break)

Application Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience as a PR consultant (Financial knowledge not required)
• Native-level Japanese
• Business-level English
  *Both languages used in internal and external meetings

English Proficiency: Business Conversation (TOEIC 735–860)
Japanese Proficiency: Native Level

Compensation:
Annual Salary: JPY 5 million to JPY 8 million
(Monthly estimate: JPY 416,667 to JPY 666,667)

• JPY 5–6 million base + bonus (no financial experience)
• JPY 6–7 million base + bonus (with financial experience)

Holidays:
2 days off per week, special leave, summer/winter vacation, etc.
