Job Description

ST.WIN TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. is looking for a Product Analyst to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, conduct user analysis, and design features. You will manage product production, improve inventory performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure product success.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and develop product roadmap
• Conduct in-depth user and market analysis
• Design features and plan production efficiently
• Analyze quantities, improve inventory, enhance product outcomes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and report to management
• Ensure product success and high-quality delivery

Requirements

• Higher education background
• 5+ years in product management or related fields
• Full lifecycle experience with SaaS/B2B/e-commerce/CRM/ERP
• Familiarity with Agile development
• Strong analytical, planning, and cross-functional communication skills
• Leadership potential; collaborative and resilient
• Preferably female, age 35+

Language Skills:

• Japanese: Required (listening, reading, writing)
• Chinese: Business level
• English: Basic communication (TOEIC 225–470)

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (1-hour lunch)
• Overtime may occur depending on project

Compensation

• Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥5,500,000
