Job Description

Responsible for production preparation and management of pressing, welding, and assembly lines for automotive frame parts supplied to Suzuki Motor Corporation. Support includes introduction of medium-to-large press equipment, process design, subcontractor coordination, installation, and mass production. Future responsibilities involve technical support for a new factory in India. Occasional equipment failure response and simple product design/assembly required. No building modifications or electrical work involved.

Requirements:

• JLPT N2 or above required
• Engineering work experience in Japan preferred

Working Hours: 8:00–17:00 (flex-time available)

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: JPY 3,500,000–4,500,000
