Role Summary
The Receptionist / Secretary provides administrative and front-desk support for clients. Tasks include greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, handling correspondence, and providing overall office support. The role ensures smooth operations and high-quality service for clients in a professional, English-speaking office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties: visitor support, meeting room booking/service, mail/parcels handling
- Telephone support: reception, transfer, message handling
- Secretarial duties: business support, scheduling, arrangements
- PC tasks: data entry, document creation
- Conference room management, tea service, tidying
- Community and client event management
- SNS communication and office announcements
- Support contract renewals by managers (incentive opportunities possible)

Working Hours
- 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break, 8 working hours)
Requirements
Required
- TOEIC 700+ (guideline)
- College / University graduate
- Administrative work experience
- Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Japanese: native level
Preferred
- Customer service experience (hotel front desk, airport staff, receptionist, secretary, call operator)
- English communication skills (daily conversation, TOEIC 475–730)

- Annual income: From ¥3,500,000
- Monthly basic salary: ¥260,000+ incentives
