Job Description
All consultants work in a 360-degree recruitment model, handling the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities include:

• Consult with clients to understand hiring needs and advise on the job market
• Source candidates and match them with appropriate opportunities
• Act as a business partner to improve clients’ recruitment processes
• Conduct business development and networking
• Manage your own client accounts and build long-term relationships
  ★ In-depth training provided to all levels for fast onboarding
  ★ Manager-level consultants may build and lead their own teams

Working Hours
Flexible working hours with core time from 10:00 to 16:00

Base salary + industry-leading transparent commission system
