Job Description (No Experience Required)

All consultants operate in a 360-degree recruitment model, managing the entire hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand hiring needs and advise on market trends
• Source and match candidates to suitable roles
• Partner with clients to improve recruitment processes
• Conduct business development & networking
• Manage your own client accounts and build long-term relationships
• ★ Comprehensive training for fast onboarding
• ★ Manager-level consultants may build and lead teams

Working Hours

Flexible schedule with core time from 10:00 to 16:00
