Role Summary
The Resort Supply Chain & Inventory Manager is responsible for managing all resort purchasing, supplier performance, and inventory operations. This role maintains quality, hygiene, and cost efficiency while coordinating closely with the resort’s internal purchasing team and headquarters. Strong English, Japanese, and inventory management experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all purchasing of food, beverages, consumables, and general goods
- Track inventory consumption and ensure accurate stock records
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards across all supply categories
- Ensure procurement complies with Club Med’s internal procedures
- Provide purchasing-related statistics and reports to department heads
- Collaborate closely with the resort purchasing team and headquarters
- Support strategic sourcing and supplier evaluation

Working Hours
- Flextime system (no core time)
- 8:30–19:00, average 6 hours 40 minutes per day
- 40 hours per week
- One day off per week
Requirements
Required
- 2+ years of inventory management experience
- Business-level English (TOEIC 865+)
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate
- Valid driver’s license (snow driving required in winter)
- Basic PC/system operation capability
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality or resort operations
- Experience in supply chain systems or ERP tools
Salary & Benefits
- Annual salary: ¥3,000,000–¥5,000,000
- Monthly salary: from ¥280,000 (based on experience)
- Includes fixed overtime of 5 hours; additional hours paid separately
- Payday: 25th of every month
