Job Description

You will manage member support, conduct seminars and lectures, analyze member sales, provide feedback, and manage the team. Responsibilities include distributing materials, regular meetings with German headquarters (English), and occasional overseas business trips.

• Attend regular meetings with German headquarters (in English)

Organizational Structure

Sales: 3 people | Marketing: 5 people | Total: 7 people

Working Hours

• Flextime system
• Basic hours: 9:00–17:30 (1-hour break)
• Core time: 11:00–15:00
• Overtime: Avg. 20 hours/month

Requirements

Required Skills

• Japanese: Native
• English: Business conversation level
• 3+ years sales experience
• Word, Excel: Intermediate–Advanced

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience giving speeches at seminars or lectures
• Chinese speakers preferred

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Business conversation (TOEIC 735–860)

Compensation

• Annual salary from ¥5.5 million
• Experience and ability considered
• Includes 30 hours fixed overtime/month
• 6-month trial period (no salary change)
