Role Summary

This role is responsible for corporate and solution-based sales of security systems. You will manage key accounts, propose innovative security solutions, and coordinate closely with engineering and installation teams. The position is ideal for professionals with corporate B2B sales experience and a strong network in hotel, construction, or security sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales of contactless hotel locks, electronic safes, room cooling devices, and US military/security systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, general contractors, building material manufacturers, design offices, and hotel operators.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and evaluate client security needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.
  • Lead pricing negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Support demos, evaluations, and production-site visits.
  • Participate in structured training programs.
  • Business travel: Required as needed (fully company-paid).

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years corporate sales experience.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Native-level Japanese.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and technical sales skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales management experience.
  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, or security equipment sales.
  • Experience in solution-based or technical sales.

Working Conditions

  • Hours: 9:30–18:00 (1-hour break)
  • Overtime: Average 20 hours/month; overtime pay provided beyond 40 hours
  • Night shifts: None

Employment Terms

  • Type: Full-time, Indefinite contract
  • Probation: 6 months (conditions unchanged)
  • Duty Change Scope: May be assigned to company-defined tasks
  • Workplace Change Scope: Potential transfer within Japan offices

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: ¥5,000,000 – ¥8,000,000
  • Base Salary: As per contract
  • Bonus: Performance-based, once per year
  • Commuting Allowance: Provided
  • Overtime Pay: Fully paid

Holidays & Leave

  • 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays)
  • Summer vacation & New Year holidays
  • Paid leave: Encouraged, 125 days per year (as of 2022)
  • Holiday Work: Generally none (compensation leave when required)
