As a Senior Business Development / Consultant (Data Business), you will lead the launch and expansion of a data solution business, supporting client-side data development using cutting-edge data infrastructure and LLM technologies.

Job Description

You will serve as a key member driving the company’s data solutions business. The role involves strategic planning, client consulting, business development, and technical collaboration across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Propose solutions from both management and technical perspectives
• Promote and execute various lead generation strategies
• Manage accounts for upselling and cross-selling
• Plan and implement business strategies
• Build and manage a team, including hiring

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate sales experience in a system integrator or similar environment
• Basic knowledge of databases and AI
• Leadership experience managing 3+ team members in various roles
• Strong passion for data analysis, AI, or data engineering
• Native-level Japanese proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate sales experience in a data platform or AI development company
• Practical experience as an IT consultant
• Development experience with data platforms or machine learning

Working Hours

• 10:00–19:00 (1-hour break)

Compensation

• Annual salary: 5,000,000 – 10,000,000 JPY (based on skills & experience)
