Senior Business Development / Consultant (Data Business) 【Japanese Fintech】

Location
Asia, Japan, Tokyo

Position
Full-time position at a Japanese Fintech company, responsible for launching and leading a data solution business as a Senior Business Development / Consultant. You will play a key role in supporting clients’ data-related development, working with cutting-edge data infrastructure and LLM technologies.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of corporate sales experience in a system integrator or similar company
• Basic knowledge of databases and AI
• Leadership experience in a team of 3 or more people, including different job functions
• Passion for data analysis, AI, or data engineering
• Native-level Japanese proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate sales experience in a company developing data platforms or AI
• Practical experience as an IT consultant
• Development experience related to data platforms or machine learning

Working Hours
10:00–19:00 (1-hour break)

Compensation
Annual salary: JPY 5,000,000 – 10,000,000 (based on skills and experience)

• Full 2-day weekends (Saturday, Sunday, national holidays)

年薪：500万日元至1000万日元（根据技能和经验而定）
