Job Description

Lead and grow international sales for alumina continuous fibre products. Drive strategy, revenue, and global market expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage clients, and build a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement pricing and commission strategies

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, events, advertising)
  • Define value propositions and product positioning
  • Establish CRM practices and customer engagement strategies
  • Boost brand awareness and visibility across global markets

Team Leadership

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and mentor team members
  • Promote a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment

Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify new customer segments and market opportunities
  • Engage with industry influencers, trade associations, and partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience (US market experience preferred)
  • Experience selling alumina or high-performance fibre materials preferred
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (Required), Chinese/Korean (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with alumina, glass, quartz, carbon, ceramic, SiC, zirconia fibres
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing, and sales forecasting tools
  • Willingness to travel internationally at least 5 times per year

Working Hours

9 hours per day (including 1-hour lunch break)

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000 – ¥9,000,000
  • Monthly Salary Example: ¥666,667 – ¥750,000
